The Diamond-7 is a top-of-the-line heavy-duty electric corner rounding machine designed for large-volume jobs that require maximum productivity. With an impressive cutting capacity of 2-3/4" (70mm), or approximately 700 sheets of 20 lb. paper, the Diamond-7 provides the power and efficiency needed for demanding production environments.

Designed for high-volume use, the Diamond-7 features both manual and automatic operating modes. Operators can switch between manual hand operation and automatic foot pedal operation, allowing both hands to remain free for positioning and handling materials.

A detachable pressing bar securely holds materials in place during the rounding process for greater control and consistent results. The pressing bar can also be easily removed when replacing knives, making the Diamond-7 especially convenient for operations that regularly change between different cutting applications.

The Diamond-7 features an interchangeable die system with seven available cutting options. A 1/4" radius die is included, while 1/8", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", straight, and half-moon dies provide additional versatility. The patented upper die design and micro-adjustable lower die help produce smooth, accurate cuts on every job.

Powered by a 200W motor, the Diamond-7 is built for demanding production environments. A protective safety cover keeps hands away from the cutting area, while the large work table provides ample space for positioning materials. Separate built-in storage and scrap compartments keep tools organized and waste contained.
