The Fastbind ONE Sense Ultra™ is an automated tabletop perfect binder designed for fast, flexible on-demand book production. It binds hardcover and softcover books, pocketbooks, tear-off pads, and strip-bound applications with consistent, professional results.

The innovative Sesame system makes loading simple: lift the arm, place the book, lower the arm, and press the button. The ONE Sense Ultra can produce up to 4 books per minute with automated clamping, roughening, gluing, and nipping.

Its PGO Gen 5 roughener provides reliable spine preparation—even with difficult papers—while the touchscreen controls and automatic pressure and cycle adjustments make operation simple and consistent.

Compatible with EVA, PO, metallocene, and PUR hotmelt glues, the ONE Sense Ultra offers the flexibility needed for a variety of binding applications. Its compact, quiet, clean tabletop design makes it well suited for digital print environments.
