Electric Coil Inserter with Built-In Electric Crimper

The Finish@Coil-E1 combines electric coil insertion and electric coil crimping in one easy-to-use machine. Designed for high-volume coil finishing, it accommodates coil sizes up to 50mm and features foot pedal operation to keep both hands free while inserting and crimping.

The full-size 11-3/8" EPDM roller provides high friction and durability for fast coil insertion. An adjustable bottom roller makes it easier to insert coils of different sizes, including extra-large diameters.

The built-in electric crimper cuts and crimps coil sizes up to 50mm with the press of the foot pedal. Its adjustable crimper head eliminates the need to purchase and install different crimper heads when changing coil sizes.

The Synchronized Roller/Crimper Adjustment helps set the proper roller position and crimper angle for different coil sizes. Operators can manually select between Insert and Crimp functions or use AUTO mode, which uses a built-in sensor to automatically switch the foot pedal between the two operations.
