The ProLam Plus 160 is a heavy-duty pouch laminator designed to provide high-quality lamination using a dual heat system. Its heated roller system provides balanced heat distribution during the laminating process for crystal-clear, bubble-free results, including when laminating photos and ink-jet printouts.
The machine can laminate standard pouch thicknesses from 3 mil up to 10 mil and can be used with or without a carrier. Silicone rollers provide the flexibility to laminate with or without a carrier, while the metal gears are designed for strength and durability.

Operation
For thermal lamination, the machine uses the heat setting and gradual temperature control to reach the desired temperature. The Ready Light indicates that the machine is ready to laminate. The PDF states that the Ready Light turns on approximately 3–4 minutes after activation when the machine is operated in heat mode.
The machine can also be operated in cold lamination mode using the Heat / Cold switch. The Forward / Reverse switch allows the operator to reverse the rollers to help correct jams or feeding problems.
The machine is designed to be placed on a sturdy working table and connected to a grounded 110V outlet, with 220V for 220V models.
Published Specification Note
