Diamond-6 Corner Rounding Equipment

The Diamond-6 is a heavy-duty electric corner rounding machine designed for large-volume jobs that require high productivity. With an impressive maximum cutting capacity of 2-3/8" (60mm), or approximately 600 sheets of 20 lb. paper, the Diamond-6 makes quick work of thick stacks while producing clean, consistent results.

Designed for demanding commercial and production environments, the Diamond-6 offers both manual and automatic operating modes. Operators can switch between hand operation and automatic foot pedal operation, allowing both hands to remain free for positioning materials during high-volume jobs.

The Diamond-6 features a versatile interchangeable die system for a variety of corner rounding and specialty cutting applications. A 1/4" radius die is included, with additional dies available for 1/8", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", straight, and specialty cuts.

A patented upper die design and micro-adjustable lower die help produce smooth, accurate cuts. For added operator protection, the Diamond-6 includes a protective safety cover that keeps hands away from the cutting area during operation.

The large work table provides plenty of room for positioning materials, while built-in storage and scrap compartments keep tools organized and waste contained.
