PBS 3000QS4 Auto Inserter

The PBS 3000 QS is a high-speed automatic coil inserter and finishing system designed to maximize productivity in medium- to high-volume binding operations. It automatically inserts pre-cut plastic coil and crimps both ends in a single operation, eliminating manual finishing and reducing production time.

Featuring a Quick Setup design, the PBS 3000 QS requires no tools for basic setup or changeovers, making it easy to switch between jobs with minimal downtime. With production speeds of up to 600 books per hour and compatibility with multiple coil pitches and binding sizes, it is an ideal solution for commercial print shops and binderies.
